Fib Fettercairn 11 years old Roussane finish

Tropical fruits, with nuts and chocolate are all present in this almost cocktail like dram.

Originally placed in a hogshead cask, this Fettercairn has been finished in 1st fill Roussanne cask and aged 11 years.

Tasting Notes:

• The palate begins with a slightly zingy tropical note like pineapple chunks, moving to a more complex centre of lightly toasted hazelnuts and the skin of the fruit, complemented by a little fresh cinnamon.
• There is a nice hint of good quality high cocoa milk chocolate, with a nice degree of sweetness.
• The finish is long, fruity, and slightly spiced, tingling on the tongue.
• A surprisingly light, yet tasty dram.
• A bit like sipping a tropical cocktail from a coconut.
