Description: 65% of the grapes come from the Eenzaamheid (Solitude) farm, which is a twenty-two-year-old dry-farmed bush vine vineyard, with cooling
breezes that help to slow ripening. The remaining 35% comes from the Hoogstede (High Place) farm, a cool site planted on decomposed granite soils. The grapes were all hand-picked in the early morning.
