Tasting Notes:

The first sip draws in a smooth satin wave, overlaid with a high frequency jangle. There’s the flavour of rhubarb there clearly. Something a little gingery going on as well. Another taste sends all the hairs rising to attention: lemon sherbet dancing on the top of the tongue. Tasty stuff so it is.
