Dandelion & Burdock Gin

Dandelion and burdock has been a beverage consumed in the British Isles since the Middle Ages. It was originally a type of mead, but over the years has evolved into the much loved carbonated soft drink Pocketful of Stones Distillery in Penzance are certainly fans. Joining the usual gin botanical's are dandelion bloom and wild foraged burdock which makes for a childhood memory earthy gin.
