A rare wine of the highest quality, the Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA) is created from a selected picking of dried, very ripe berries that have been affected by ‘noble’ rot also known as botrytis. The long hang time and the mold caused by the noble rot produces a sweet, concentated and luxurious wine and is often referred to as the ‘nectar of the gods’. Notes of sweet, dried fruits & honey.
